2026 Bowman Chrome 1st Autograph Hitter Sleepers

There are always some diamonds in the rough that we find each Bowman release in the ‘Sleeper’ category. In the most recent product, 2026 Bowman, there was a ‘Show Me the Money’ list of high money signings that hadn’t popped yet that included Breyson Guedez as well as a ‘Great Hobby Tools’ category which found us Brailyn Antunez. This time around we’re going to do it slightly different. My top 25 hitters will be featured in two future articles, one being hitters ranked 11-25 followed by my top 10, but today we will look at some sleepers worth keeping an eye on. I personally haven’t checked any early break prices yet so there is a chance that some of my sleepers will be more expensive than I expect but for the most part none of these names should be near the top in price. Read the scouting reports, check the tool grades, and figure out which of these players speaks to you most. There will be a couple of players in the ‘Old but Productive’ category which is where I talk about guys who are really good bats but are unlikely to get a ton of hobby love because of their age. Then we have our ‘Show Me the Money’ which gives you every player not in my top 25 who received a signing bonus north of $1.5 million, and ‘Great Hobby Tools’ with a couple of risky power/speed types for you gamblers out there. But after that I’m going to switch up the format from years past by giving you ‘Starting Off Strong’, showing you hitters who posted a wRC+ higher than 125 this season, and finally ‘Bob’s Picks’ where I’ll do a rundown of my personal favorite prospects that didn’t make the top 25.
