It’s been a tough stretch the last few years for the Angels and that was not only at the major league level but also in the minors, where they didn’t have a single prospect with a buy rating above 3/5 on last year’s sheet. However, pitchers weren’t a part of this back then and they have a handful of arms that I really like along with some new hitters who didn’t have Bowman cards last year. Not going to lie, they ended up being a sneakier Bowman team than I originally suspected.
