Nobody who knows me is going to be shocked that the Rays not only have ten players I’ve rated as buys, but five of them have received a perfect 5/5 buying score. Along with the Guardians, Brewers, and a few others, the Rays are one of those teams that every time they make a move for a prospect it’s somebody I love. Tampa Bay has made the playoffs in five of the last seven years despite having a bottom five payroll in all of them. They’re not only one of the best teams at finding wins using analytics but they’re also fantastic at finding and developing young talent. Their system has a handful of the most undervalued prospects in the entire card market right now.
